Our mission
713 Philharmonic was founded on a simple belief: orchestral excellence belongs to the music that moves culture — not only the canon, but the soul, R&B, jazz, hip-hop and popular music that shaped a city and a generation.
We re-imagine that music at full orchestral scale, invite the room to respond in real time, and keep the stage open to Houston's next artists and audiences.

Our approach
Every 713 program is built around the artist first. Arrangements are written for the room. The 713 VS Experience turns the audience into part of the performance — not a competition, but a listening party at orchestral scale.
Education and community programs keep the orchestra in reach of the next generation, from school stages to neighborhood performances.
